If it works, keep it. Lesson Flow is for when it stops working: chasing payments, retyping times, forgetting what you covered with whom. Give it the 60 free days — if it doesn’t save you time every week, you’ll have lost nothing.
Founding instructors pay £19 a month, locked in for as long as you stay — the standard price will be £29. No card is needed to start, and if you don’t continue, your account simply stops. You can download everything first.
No and no. Their portal is free. They tap a link in their email to sign in — no password — and can add it to their home screen so it opens like any other app.
No — the opposite. Lesson Flow is built for independent, self-employed instructors who run everything themselves from their phone.
Every table is locked down so you only ever see your own learners, and each learner only sees their own lessons. You can export or delete everything yourself at any time, under UK GDPR.
Not yet. Today you log payments however they come in — cash, bank transfer or card on your own reader — and Lesson Flow handles the receipts and balances. Card payments are on the roadmap, shaped by founding instructors.
